What began as a friendship became a success story: Kevin Glück originally joined the company as a helping hand – with a passion for DJing and a reliable instinct for technology, timing and atmosphere. His shared enthusiasm for music and events quickly bonded him with managing director Alex – a partnership that still constitutes the backbone of Soundline today.
The first assignments turned into joint events, future-oriented decisions – and finally one vision.
Kevin stayed – and grew with the company. He initially completed a degree in economics before continuing his professional development through specialist qualifications. Noise protection according to TA, Rigger SQQ2 Level 1-3, as well as a master's degree in event technology were added step by step – always alongside the day-to-day business and with full commitment to the company.
Today, Kevin is deputy managing director – and an all-round expert in the company. Whether for personnel planning, construction site coordination or when things simply have to be done quickly: He stands for quick implementation without any detours – practical, direct and yet at a professional level. He gets straight to the point, has an overview of processes, thinks along – and makes sure things run smoothly.
Kevin has a special soft spot for touring. Moving large crowds, sticking to precise schedules, mastering technical complexity – that's his specialty. Planning, logistics, implementation: everything comes hand in hand with Kevin. With a steady touch, he ensures that no detail is overlooked on the path from A to B – neither on stage nor in the background.
Kevin is not just a man of action, but a co-creator. Someone who takes responsibility, who thinks ahead – and who fully understands that the success of an event is always the result of teamwork.
